Spice! Containing 100% pure high-grown Ceylon tea, our Ceylon Chai is a gorgeous mahogany and orange mix of spices. Enticing aromas of cinnamon, honey, vanilla, star anise and cloves; a liquor so smooth, yet bold and rich teases the palate. A very enjoyable chai.
Preparation: Bring cold water to a boil. Use 1 tsp chai per cup. Pour boiling water over chai and steep 4-5 minutes. Strain chai into a cup and add milk and sugar as desired.
If preparing in a teapot, use a kettle to bring cold water to a boil. Make sure you boil enough water for each cup of chai. Place 1 tsp of chai per cup into the teapot and add an extra tsp of chai “for the pot”. Pour the boiling water into the teapot and steep 4-5 minutes. Strain the chai into each cup. Add milk and sugar as desired.
