Scented Black Tea
From the Wuyi Mountains in the Fujian Province of China, Lapsang Souchong has a history that dates over 400 years. Tea leaves are withered over pinewood embers giving it its distinctive aroma and robust character. A classic and comforting tea well-known for its smoky flavor and aroma.
Preparation: Bring water to a boil. Use 1 tsp of tea for 8 oz of water. Steep 3 to five minutes.
